Why Become a Consultant

There are millions of young adults
waiting for the framework.
You can be the one who delivers it.

The CallingCareer system has already helped thousands of young adults in Nigeria, the UK, and the United States find direction, build platforms, and create aligned income. The demand for trained facilitators — people who can run workshops, lead coaching engagements, and build CallingCareer communities in their own cities and markets — is growing faster than Tolu alone can serve it.

🎯
You carry a proven system
You are not building a methodology from scratch. You are carrying a tested, book-backed, globally validated framework that has already produced measurable transformations. The credibility is built in. Your job is facilitation — not invention.
💰
The income model scales with you
Whether you want a side income of $1K–$3K/month or a full consulting practice generating $25K–$50K+/month, the four-tier system gives you the exact income architecture for your stage. Start where you are. Advance as you grow.
🌍
Your context is your advantage
The CallingCareer Certified Consultant Programme is explicitly designed for global delivery. A consultant in Lagos serves a market Tolu cannot serve at depth. A consultant in London serves an immigrant professional community uniquely. Your local context is not a limitation — it is your market positioning.
🏗️
You build your own consulting practice
This is not a franchise. It is a certification that gives you the right to use the CallingCareer frameworks in paid professional engagements — with full training, live supervision from Tolu, branded materials, and an ongoing alumni network that supports your growth at every tier.

"I built the CallingCareer system to be deliverable at scale. I cannot personally be in Lagos and London and Washington DC and Toronto simultaneously. But a trained, certified consultant who has lived the framework — who has applied it to their own life and built something real with it — can be. That is what this programme is for."

— Abraham T. Atansuyi (Tolu Radiant), Founder · CallingCareer
Who Should Apply

The ideal CallingCareer Consultant candidate.

You do not need a coaching certification or a business degree. You need lived experience with the system, genuine care for the people you will serve, and the professional seriousness to deliver something that changes lives.

1
You have lived the 5-Finger System personally.
You have read Your Career Is Calling and worked through at least Days 1–3 of the framework. You have a written Purpose Statement. You have some version of your own CallingCareer in progress. You are not applying to teach what you have not practised — you are applying to teach what is already changing your life.
2
You have a community you want to serve.
A specific group of people — by geography, profession, life stage, or cultural context — whose CallingCareer challenges you understand from the inside. You do not need a large following. You need clarity about who you serve and why you are uniquely positioned to serve them.
3
You are a natural teacher, facilitator, or community builder.
You do not need a formal coaching background. But you do need the ability to hold a room — to teach something clearly, ask a question that changes how someone thinks, and hold the emotional safety required for people to do honest, vulnerable work in a group setting.
4
You are building a consulting practice, not a hobby.
The CallingCareer Certified Consultant Programme is a serious professional credential. It requires 15+ hours per week during the 12-week certification. It expects you to have your first paid engagement completed within 60 days of certification. This is not a credential to collect — it is a practice to build.
5
You have professional credibility in your field.
Some relevant professional experience — HR, leadership, education, coaching, ministry, social work, entrepreneurship, community development — that adds a second layer of authority to your CallingCareer facilitation. Your prior professional identity informs how you position and deliver the framework.
6
You operate with the same honesty standard the system requires.
CallingCareer consultants work at a specific cultural standard — honesty over performance, challenge before comfort, outcome over appearance. If you are not willing to operate at that standard in your facilitation, your own life, and your engagement with the consultant network, this is not the right credential for you.
This is NOT right for you if…

You are looking for passive income without active client delivery. You want to use the CallingCareer name without genuine alignment with the framework's values. You have not yet applied the system to your own life. You want a coaching certificate to add to a collection of credentials rather than a practice to build and grow. You are not willing to invest the financial and time commitment the programme requires.

The Four Tiers

The 12-Week Certification

What happens in 12 weeks.

The 12-week certification is structured in three phases: Foundation (Weeks 1–4), Delivery (Weeks 5–8), and Practice (Weeks 9–12). Each phase builds on the previous one. Each week produces a specific deliverable that becomes part of your evidence portfolio.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
Foundation — Master the Framework Before You Facilitate It
Deep study, personal application, and theoretical mastery of all 5 dimensions
Week 1
The CallingCareer Philosophy & Your Story
Deep study of the 5-Finger System philosophy, the Spirit|Soul|System equation, and the four forces pulling young adults off course. You complete your own full 5-Finger Life Assessment and draft the personal narrative of your CallingCareer journey that you will use in every workshop you deliver.
→ Deliverable: Personal CallingCareer Story + Assessment
Week 2
Purpose & Passion Facilitation Mastery
Complete mastery of Days 1 and 2 — the Pain → Pattern → Purpose Pipeline and the GLOW Method + 4S Inventory. You practise facilitating every exercise live in a peer cohort. You receive detailed written feedback from a Senior Consultant on your facilitation style, timing, and participant management.
→ Deliverable: Purpose & Passion Workshop Run-Sheet
Week 3
People, Platform & Profit Facilitation
Complete mastery of Days 3, 4, and 5 — the CARE Framework, PLATOS Formula, and the Offer Ladder with pricing principles. Special focus on the emotionally sensitive facilitation required for the People and Money dimensions, where honest challenge must be held with care and skill.
→ Deliverable: Days 3–5 Facilitation Notes
Week 4
Facilitation Psychology & Group Dynamics
The psychological skills required for effective CallingCareer facilitation: creating psychological safety, managing performance versus honesty, holding resistance without capitulating to it, knowing when to press harder and when to create space. Role-play scenarios covering the most common difficult facilitation moments.
→ Deliverable: Facilitation Psychology Framework
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8
Delivery — Build Your Workshop Architecture & Business Model
Design your specific workshop offerings, pricing, and go-to-market approach
Week 5
Your Consulting Niche & Market Positioning
Define your specific audience (the community you exist to serve), your delivery context (corporate, university, church, community, NGO), and the unique language of your CallingCareer consultancy. Your niche is where the CallingCareer framework meets your specific background, credibility, and community.
→ Deliverable: Consultant Niche Statement
Week 6
Workshop Design & Programme Architecture
Build your complete workshop menu: at least one 3-hour workshop, one full-day programme, and one multi-session programme — each with a title, target audience, programme overview, learning outcomes, pricing, and delivery format. These are the products you will sell and deliver from Day 1 post-certification.
→ Deliverable: Your 3-Programme Workshop Menu
Week 7
Sales, Outreach & Closing Your First Client
The business development skills required to build a consulting practice: how to approach organisations, universities, and community groups; how to write a compelling proposal; how to price a consulting engagement; how to handle objections; how to close. You are required to have your first paid engagement booked before the end of Week 8.
→ Deliverable: First Client Proposal Draft
Week 8
Materials, Branding & Digital Presence
Build your consulting presence: your consultant profile page on callingcareer.com, your branded introduction materials, your social media positioning as a CallingCareer consultant, and your first lead magnet (a free resource that demonstrates your expertise to potential clients). First paid engagement must be booked by end of this week.
→ Deliverable: Consultant Profile + First Paid Engagement Booked
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12
Practice — Deliver, Receive Feedback, Certify
Live delivery, direct supervision from Tolu, and the final certification assessment
Week 9
Observed Practice Delivery #1
Deliver a minimum 90-minute workshop to a real audience — peers, community members, or a paying client. A Senior Consultant observes and provides a detailed written evaluation using the CallingCareer Facilitation Rubric. The focus: content accuracy, facilitation quality, participant engagement, and adherence to the honest-challenge standard.
→ Deliverable: Observed Delivery + Facilitation Rubric Score
Week 10
Feedback Integration & Practice Refinement
Work through the detailed feedback from Week 9. Identify the two or three most significant facilitation improvement opportunities and build a specific action plan for each. Re-deliver the weakest element of your Week 9 delivery to the peer cohort. The standard: your Week 10 delivery should be visibly better than Week 9.
→ Deliverable: Improvement Action Plan + Re-delivery
Week 11
Observed Practice Delivery #2
Second observed delivery — this time a full 3-hour workshop to a real audience with at least 10 participants who have not participated in any previous CallingCareer facilitation. The evaluation focuses on your ability to create psychological safety, challenge participants honestly, and produce measurable participant progress in one session.
→ Deliverable: Full Observed Workshop + Participant Feedback
Week 12
Certification Assessment & Graduation
A live 60-minute panel assessment with two Senior Consultants: 20 minutes presenting your consulting niche and programme menu, 20 minutes of facilitation demonstration on an assigned topic, and 20 minutes of Q&A. Pass the rubric, receive your CallingCareer Certified Consultant credential, and join the consultant network. Graduation marks the beginning — not the end.
→ Deliverable: Certification Assessment · CallingCareer CC Credential
Pass criteria
Facilitation Rubric score of 75+ · Niche clarity score of 8/10+ · First paid engagement booked
What you receive
Digital credential · Consultant profile listing · Full facilitator library access · Network entry

— Abraham T. Atansuyi (Tolu Radiant)

Honest Answers

The questions you are sitting with.

"Do I need an existing coaching or training certification to apply?"+

No. You do not need a prior coaching certification, degree in education, or formal training background. What you need is lived experience with the CallingCareer system, a community you genuinely want to serve, and the professional seriousness to deliver something that changes people's lives. The CallingCareer certification is itself the credential — it does not build on an assumed foundation of prior coach training.

"How much does the certification programme cost?"+

The investment for the 12-week Associate Certification is discussed in detail during the acceptance conversation — after your application is reviewed and your specific situation is understood. It is structured to be accessible without being trivial. A payment plan is available for accepted applicants. The expectation is that the certification pays for itself through your first two or three paid engagements post-qualification.

"Can I deliver CallingCareer workshops if I'm based in Nigeria, the UK, or elsewhere outside the US?"+

The programme is explicitly designed for global delivery. Tolu built CallingCareer across three continents — Lagos, London, and Washington DC. A certified consultant in Lagos is not delivering a programme adapted for a US context; they are delivering a framework that was built with the Nigerian young adult experience as one of its primary contexts. The curriculum includes localisation guidance for each major market.

"What if I complete the certification but don't get any clients?"+

The certification includes a dedicated week on business development — how to find clients, write proposals, price engagements, and close. You are expected to have your first paid engagement booked before the end of Week 8. If you arrive at graduation without a booked engagement, that is a signal to address before the certification is issued. The network of certified consultants also generates referrals for members — engagements that come in through CallingCareer HQ are distributed to consultants in the relevant geography and niche.

"How quickly can I advance from Tier 1 to higher tiers?"+

Advancement is entirely merit-based — not time-based. The fastest Tier 1 → Tier 2 advancement in the network was 4 months. That consultant delivered their first 3 engagements within 6 weeks of certification, collected 20 testimonials, and submitted their evidence portfolio ahead of schedule. The typical Tier 1 → Tier 2 timeline is 9–14 months. There is no minimum time requirement — only evidence requirements.

"Am I an employee of CallingCareer or an independent consultant?"+

You are an independent consultant who is certified to use the CallingCareer framework in paid professional engagements. You set your own prices, manage your own clients, and build your own practice. You are not an employee, franchisee, or representative of CallingCareer Ltd. You operate under a consultant licence agreement that specifies the terms of use for the CallingCareer brand, materials, and curriculum. The income you generate is yours.

The Application

Apply to become a CallingCareer
Certified Consultant.

The application is the first act of consultant-level commitment. Answer every question with the standard the programme operates at — honest, specific, and without performance. Applications that are vague, aspirational, or written for impression rather than accuracy are not accepted.

Before you apply — confirm the prerequisites.

  • You have read Your Career Is Calling and completed at least Days 0–3 of the exercises.
  • You have a written Purpose Statement that you can state in one specific sentence.
  • You have a specific community you intend to serve as a consultant — named and described.
  • You can commit 15+ hours per week to the certification for 12 consecutive weeks.
  • You have at least one professional context — work, community, ministry, or education — in which you already have some credibility with young adults.
  • You intend to deliver paid engagements as a CallingCareer consultant — not collect a credential.

Application Questions
Question 1 of 8
One sentence. Specific people + specific problem + specific transformation. If you cannot write this in one sentence, note that and explain where you are in the process.
Question 2 of 8
Not "young adults generally." The specific human being in the specific situation. What do you know about this community's CallingCareer challenges from the inside?
Question 3 of 8
If your experience is limited, name it honestly. Limited experience is not disqualifying — it shapes how we design your certification support.
Question 4 of 8
This is not a success story question. It is a honesty question. The most compelling answers name both real transformation and real gaps. The story you tell here is the story you will tell in every workshop you deliver.
Question 5 of 8
Specificity here is not just impressive — it is evidence that you are building a practice, not collecting a credential. "Companies in my city" is not specific. "Chevron's Graduate Development programme in Port Harcourt, where my uncle is in HR" is specific.
Question 6 of 8
Not "earn a good income." A specific number. The math showing how you reach it (X workshops at $Y each, plus Z coaching clients at $W). The number is less important than the thinking behind it.
Question 7 of 8
This question is not a trap. It is a diagnostic. If you cannot honestly name your most likely failure mode, you cannot address it. The most self-aware answers to this question produce the most successful consultants.
Question 8 of 8
"I want to make an impact" is not a specific reason. "I just closed my HR consulting firm and have 3 years of corporate facilitation experience, a network of 200 HR professionals in Lagos, and a burning need to do work that changes lives rather than just processes" is a specific reason.
