Become a CallingCareer Certified Consultant — trained and licensed to deliver the 5-Finger System globally. 12-week certification. 4 tiers. $1K–$50K+/month helping people find purpose, build passion, and monetise their calling.
The CallingCareer system has already helped thousands of young adults in Nigeria, the UK, and the United States find direction, build platforms, and create aligned income. The demand for trained facilitators — people who can run workshops, lead coaching engagements, and build CallingCareer communities in their own cities and markets — is growing faster than Tolu alone can serve it.
"I built the CallingCareer system to be deliverable at scale. I cannot personally be in Lagos and London and Washington DC and Toronto simultaneously. But a trained, certified consultant who has lived the framework — who has applied it to their own life and built something real with it — can be. That is what this programme is for."
— Abraham T. Atansuyi (Tolu Radiant), Founder · CallingCareerYou do not need a coaching certification or a business degree. You need lived experience with the system, genuine care for the people you will serve, and the professional seriousness to deliver something that changes lives.
You are looking for passive income without active client delivery. You want to use the CallingCareer name without genuine alignment with the framework's values. You have not yet applied the system to your own life. You want a coaching certificate to add to a collection of credentials rather than a practice to build and grow. You are not willing to invest the financial and time commitment the programme requires.
Each tier unlocks new delivery rights, higher-value engagements, and a new income ceiling. Advancement is merit-based — built on evidence of client outcomes, not time served.
The 12-week certification is structured in three phases: Foundation (Weeks 1–4), Delivery (Weeks 5–8), and Practice (Weeks 9–12). Each phase builds on the previous one. Each week produces a specific deliverable that becomes part of your evidence portfolio.
These ranges are realistic — based on actual engagement types and market rates in Nigeria, UK, and the United States. Your context and niche will determine where within each range you land.
"These are not aspirational numbers. They are based on what CallingCareer workshop facilitators and coaches in our network are already charging in real markets. What you earn depends on how seriously you build your practice — not on the certification itself."
— Abraham T. Atansuyi (Tolu Radiant)
No. You do not need a prior coaching certification, degree in education, or formal training background. What you need is lived experience with the CallingCareer system, a community you genuinely want to serve, and the professional seriousness to deliver something that changes people's lives. The CallingCareer certification is itself the credential — it does not build on an assumed foundation of prior coach training.
The investment for the 12-week Associate Certification is discussed in detail during the acceptance conversation — after your application is reviewed and your specific situation is understood. It is structured to be accessible without being trivial. A payment plan is available for accepted applicants. The expectation is that the certification pays for itself through your first two or three paid engagements post-qualification.
The programme is explicitly designed for global delivery. Tolu built CallingCareer across three continents — Lagos, London, and Washington DC. A certified consultant in Lagos is not delivering a programme adapted for a US context; they are delivering a framework that was built with the Nigerian young adult experience as one of its primary contexts. The curriculum includes localisation guidance for each major market.
The certification includes a dedicated week on business development — how to find clients, write proposals, price engagements, and close. You are expected to have your first paid engagement booked before the end of Week 8. If you arrive at graduation without a booked engagement, that is a signal to address before the certification is issued. The network of certified consultants also generates referrals for members — engagements that come in through CallingCareer HQ are distributed to consultants in the relevant geography and niche.
Advancement is entirely merit-based — not time-based. The fastest Tier 1 → Tier 2 advancement in the network was 4 months. That consultant delivered their first 3 engagements within 6 weeks of certification, collected 20 testimonials, and submitted their evidence portfolio ahead of schedule. The typical Tier 1 → Tier 2 timeline is 9–14 months. There is no minimum time requirement — only evidence requirements.
You are an independent consultant who is certified to use the CallingCareer framework in paid professional engagements. You set your own prices, manage your own clients, and build your own practice. You are not an employee, franchisee, or representative of CallingCareer Ltd. You operate under a consultant licence agreement that specifies the terms of use for the CallingCareer brand, materials, and curriculum. The income you generate is yours.
The application is the first act of consultant-level commitment. Answer every question with the standard the programme operates at — honest, specific, and without performance. Applications that are vague, aspirational, or written for impression rather than accuracy are not accepted.
What happens next: Applications are personally reviewed within 7–10 business days. Accepted applicants receive a 30-minute acceptance call before any payment is required. Not every application is accepted.
